Peter Schiff: Bitcoin Heading To $0, Many Bitcoin Investors Will Lose EVERYTHING
Peter Schiff: Bitcoin Heading To $0, Many Bitcoin Investors Will Lose EVERYTHING
Investor Peter Schiff is warning once again about Bitcoin’s massive speculative bubble. Schiff, who is well-known for predicting the 2008 financial crash, is saying it’s those who are buying in now will be the most vulnerable when Bitcoin hits $0.
“People who got it years ago, even people who got it at the beginning of the year have the opportunity to cash out and make a lot of money. But people who are buying it at these prices or higher prices are going to lose practically everything,” Schiff told RT International Channel. Bitcoin is speculative bubble set to burst at any time, and when it does, many will lose everything.
Schiff’s main concern with Bitcoin echoes that of many preppers, including Mike Adams, the Health Ranger. “These currencies are going to trade to zero or pretty close to it when the bubble pops,” predicts Schiff. “Right now, the only reason why people are buying bitcoin is because the price is going up. When it turns around, they are not going to sell it for the same reason. There is no value in bitcoin, you can’t use it as money,” Schiff points out. “It’s too slow, too expensive and too vulnerable.”
It also doesn’t physically exist in the way gold and silver do. According to Schiff, there is a problem with fiat currencies. However, there are 1,300 digital currencies with massive inflation. “Even bitcoin itself has spun off bitcoin cash, bitcoin gold. There is no limit to supply of bitcoin-branded worthless tokens that can be created,” he said. But as soon as the price begins a downward trend, Bitcoin will implode.

Saudis Intercept Houthi Ballistic Missile Targeting Riyadh Royal Palace
Saudis Intercept Houthi Ballistic Missile Targeting Riyadh Royal Palace
For the third time in roughly seven weeks, Houthi rebels have fired a ballistic missile into Saudi Arabia, according to a spokesperson. This time, the target was al-Yamamah palace in the Saudi capital, Riyadh.
US President Donald Trump notably held meetings with the Saudi king at the al-Yamamah palace during his May trip to the kingdom.
Witnesses in Riyadh reported hearing a blast and seeing a plume of smoke. Saudi security officials did not immediately comment on the incident, according to Haaretz.
Houthis launched two ballistic missiles at Saudi Arabia in November, but neither hit their targets. One was reportedly fired at King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh while the other was fired at a Saudi oil refinery.
According to Russia Today, the Saudi-led coalition that has been battling the rebels in Yemen has reportedly shot down the missile, according to Russia Today.
Saudi state TV claimed the missile – a Burkan 2H ballistic missile – was intercepted by Saudi defenses…
There were no immediate reports of injuries and there has been no official statement from the Saudi government. However, a Houthi rebel spokesman on Twitter confirmed the missile launch.
Google ‘Ministry of Truth’ intensifies suppressing ‘fake news’ (such as this)
Google ‘Ministry of Truth’ intensifies suppressing ‘fake news’ (such as this)
On November 18th, Google’s CEO Eric Schmidt spoke about how Google will help to defeat Russia. He said that Google helps in this effort not by “censoring” Russian newsmedia, but by “de-ranking” them in Google web-searches, so that web-pages from these sites, which he calls “propaganda,” will show so far down in the rankings in any Google-search, so that users of Google will not encounter (or will be vastly less likely to encounter) Russian sites — or any other non-mainstream sites (such as this one), which refuse unquestioningly to trumpet government lies.
Schmidt was speaking to the NATO-sponsored Halifax International Security Forum, which is headquartered actually in Washington DC, though “The Forum is best known for its annual security summit in Halifax, Nova Scotia” in order to strengthen Canada’s bond to America’s anti-Russia military alliance, NATO.
Schmidt’s full speech, and the Q-and-A’s after Schmidt’s presentation, are shown complete in the video here:
https://www.facebook.com/Halifaxtheforum/videos/1642381182492613/
Since no transcript was provided, extensive excerpts from the video will be quoted here.
At the video’s start, it’s marked as 1:51:38, and at its end, it is marked as 0:00:00, but only the end-marking shows in the video while it’s running, and that end-marking indicates the number of minutes-till the video’s end. I therefore provide both markings [with the minutes-from-the end being shown in brackets like here], because the video’s producers had made unusually difficult the finding and location of anything that’s said in Schmidt’s war-speech presentation. The presentation wasn’t addressed to the publics of NATO-member countries, but instead to scholarly and financial elites in those countries, people whose own careers are in service to these nations’ aristocracies (people who themselves are highly invested in their nation’s military-industrial complex). It thus reveals some things that Schmidt might prefer that the public not know.

Censorship Comes to Google
Censorship Comes to Google
At Saturday’s Halifax International Security Forum, Eric Schmidt announced that Google will alter its search algorithm to “de-rank” results from Russia Today.
Why did Google do this? Perhaps they were concerned about Russia meddling in American elections or they thought their customers wished to see less of Russia Today. It matters not. Generally, Google has broad power to police its platform. We might not like the decision, but it is not ours to make.
Feinstein boldly asked Google to hamper RT’s ability to communicate with American audiences.
There is a second possibility. Government officials may have threatened Google to bring about this “de-ranking” of Russia Today. If so, the First Amendment poses questions for us. We need to answer such questions, however, only if government officials did, in fact, threaten Google.
Congressional Pressure on Google
Consider the following exchange between Sen. Feinstein and Google General Counsel Kent Walker from the Senate Intelligence Committee hearings on Russian influence in the 2016 election:
Feinstein: Why didn’t Google take any action regarding RT after the intelligence community assessment came out in January of 2017.
Walker: … with regard to RT, we recognize the concerns that have been expressed about RT and concerns about its slanted coverage, this is of course a question that goes beyond the internet, RT is covered, its channel is on major cable television stations, on satellite television stations, its advertising appears in newspapers, magazines, airports, it’s run in hotels in pretty much every city in the United States.

WARNING: The US Stock Market Has A 70% Chance Of Crashing RIGHT NOW
WARNING: The US Stock Market Has A 70% Chance Of Crashing RIGHT NOW
Vanguard’s chief economist Joe Davis said investors need to be prepared for a significant downturn in the stock market, which is now at a 70 percent chance of crashing. That chance is significantly higher than it has been over the past 60 years.
The economist added,“It’s unreasonable to expect rates of returns, which exceeded our own bullish forecast from 2010, to continue.” In its annual report, the company told investors to expect no better than four to six percent returns from stocks in the next five years. Vanguard, which manages roughly $5 trillion in assets and is a proponent of long-term investing, isn’t sounding the alarm bells to scare investors out of the market. They simply want investors to be prepared.
“The risk premium, whether corporate bond spreads or the shape of yield curve or earnings yields for stocks have continued to compress,” said Davis. “We’re starting to see, for the first time… some measures of expected risk premiums compressed below areas where we think it can be associated with fair value.“

According to RT, Davis also said that overreaching is no better a solution for a lower-return environment than getting out of the market entirely. He expressed worries that after hearing of “lower returns,” some investors will view that as a catalyst to become more aggressive to generate the returns they have been used to in recent years.
“You need to stay invested, because of lower expected returns,” Davis said, adding “Don’t become overly aggressive. The next five years will be challenging, and investors need to have their eyes wide open.”

How the West Is Adopting the Worst Practices of the Post-Maidan Ukraine
How the West Is Adopting the Worst Practices of the Post-Maidan Ukraine
Before we tell you how Vice-President Dick Cheney, Senator John McCain, former First Lady Michelle Obama, Professor Stephen Cohen and, of course, President Donald Trump plus over 2000 prominent American and European politicians, celebrities and intellectuals joined the group of “useful idiots” one needs a brief introduction.
In case you did not know, the “Mirotvorets” is the Ukrainian website which presents and constantly updates the list of people, often including their personal data, whom the local nationalists consider to be the undesirable elements. The list includes not only Russians but also Ukrainians and even prominent Americans and Europeans like actors Steven Seagal and Samy Naseri (French blockbuster Taxi), members of the famous German musical techno band “Scooter”, and others.
The website has been widely and strongly criticized by many journalists, human rights organizations, and even OSCE but this did not stop the “European Values Think-Tank” (EVTT) – a Czech based non-profit funded by George Soros, EU, American Embassy in Prague and some other sources – to produce a report entitled “The Kremlin’s Platform for Useful Idiots in the West: An Overview of RT’s Editorial Strategy and Evidence of Impact.”
This report contains a spreadsheet with the names of 2327 people who have appeared on Russian TV channel RT and, says the report, “either due to unawareness of RT’s political agenda, or indeed explicit support of it, lend their names and credibility to a pseudo-news network and proxy agent of the Kremlin.”
Well, one could say that all the people mentioned in EVTT report are pretty lucky since some of them like President Trump and Professor Cohen have been called other names in the mainstream media comparing with which the “useful idiot” definition sounds like a compliment.

Attack on RT Is Another Step Towards Sovietization of American Media
Attack on RT Is Another Step Towards Sovietization of American Media
This week the US Department of Justice Criminal Division forced the Russian-funded television network RT (formerly Russia Today) to register as a “foreign agent” under the Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA). Failure to comply would have risked arrest of RT’s management and seizure of its assets. The move comes on the heels of Senators’ recent demands that terrified tech giants Twitter, Facebook, and Google act as ideological filters.
With no discernable defenders among America’s media establishment, RT rightly denounced the selective FARA mandate as an attack on media freedom – which it is. But more ominous is what the move against RT says about America’s rulers’ further intention to limit the sources of information available to its subjects.
As Daniel McAdams of the Ron Paul Institute writes:
“RT America is a news organization operating in the United States that is funded at least partly by a foreign government. So is the BBC. So is Deutsche Welle, France24, Al-Jazeera, and numerous other foreign media organizations. It is assumed that they all to a degree reflect the editorial interests of those who pay the bills.
“The same is true with other, non-state funded media outlets, of course. It’s up to us to factor these things in when we consume media. That’s what it means to be a free people.
“A core value in a free society is that our own government has zero power over what we read, what we watch, how we think, how we come to interpret current events, the conclusions we draw based on these inputs, and so on. These are private matters over which any government that is not tyrannical should have no sway.

DOJ To Russia Today: Register As A Foreign Agent Or Face Arrest
DOJ To Russia Today: Register As A Foreign Agent Or Face Arrest
Congress is using a decades-old piece of legislation to force Russia Today to register as a foreign agent in the US, adding that if the site doesn’t comply with the order by Monday, the DOJ could move to shutter its operations and arrest its top executive, RT editor-in-chief Margarita Simonyan.
Russia Today revealed Thursday that the Department of Justice has given the site until next week to comply with its new interpretation of the Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA). RT has been operating in the US since 2005.
While undoubtedly disappointing in terms of its implications for first amendment freedoms in the US, the DOJ’s declaration is hardly a surprise. Under pressure from lawmakers, Twitter last month said it would prohibit RT from buying paid ads on its platform.
The FARA was adopted in the US in 1938 to counter pro-Nazi agitation . Washington has decided to apply the act towards the company that supplies all services for RT America on its territory, including TV production and operations. Just over 400 entities are currently registered under the legislation, though that group doesn’t include a single media outlet.
RT revealed Thursday that the DOJ sent a letter to the company in September saying it is obligated to register under FARA due to the work it does for RT. Most alarmingly, the law demands the disclosure of the channel’s confidential data, including the personal data of its staff.

The move “will have serious legal consequences”and “compromise the safety of [RT] employees,” the Russian Foreign Ministry previously explained.
Simonyan said on Thursday that the timeframe provided for the company by the DOJ is a “cannibalistic deadline.” She previously said that the channel was being forced into “conditions in which we cannot work” in the US, and called Washington’s demand an attempt to “drive [RT] out of the country.”
How I sold out to the Putin-Soros-Murdoch conspiracy to destroy Western civilization
How I sold out to the Putin-Soros-Murdoch conspiracy to destroy Western civilization
Why delighted? Because it completes the set of conspiracies to which I can now be accused of belonging. They include:
• The Putin Conspiracy, since I am regularly interviewed on Russia Today (and even worse, I now get paid to write for RT!);
• The Soros Conspiracy, since my research, has been funded by the Institute for New Economic Thinking (INET) which he established;
• The Murdoch Conspiracy, since I appear every week on Sky News Australia with Carson Scott, and I used to get paid by News Ltd to write a weekly column; and
• The Alt-Right Conspiracy, since I’ve signed a book contract with Vox Day’s publishing firm Castalia House.
So not only am I a “useful idiot,” I’m a useful idiot for four contradictory conspiracies. Does that make me a double-double agent?

NYT’s Assault on Press Freedom
NYT’s Assault on Press Freedom
Exclusive: The New York Times, which once postured as the champion of a free press, now is seeking crackdowns on news that the public gets from the Internet under the guise of combatting “Russian propaganda,” explains Daniel Lazare.
Once upon a time the danger to a free press came from the right. But since Russia-gate, liberals have been busy playing catch-up.
The latest example is a front-page article in Tuesday’s New York Times. Entitled “YouTube Gave Russian Outlet Portal Into U.S.,” it offers the usual blah-blah-blah about Kremlin agents engaging in the political black arts. But it goes a step farther by attempting to discredit a perfectly legitimate news organization.
Reporters Daisuke Wakabayashi and Nicholas Confessore begin by noting that RT, the Moscow-funded TV channel formerly known as “Russia Today,” is now an Internet powerhouse and then observes that when it became the first YouTube news channel to surpass one million views, YouTube Vice President Robert Kyncl “joined an RT anchor in a studio, where he praised RT for … providing ‘authentic’ content instead of ‘agendas or propaganda.’”
Cue the ominous background music. “But now,” the article continues, “as investigators in Washington examine the scope and reach of Russian interference in United States policy, the once-cozy relationship between RT and YouTube is drawing closer scrutiny.”
Why? Because RT took advantage of its “prominent presence on YouTube’s search results” to pepper viewers with negative videos about Hillary Clinton. According to Wakabayashi and Confessore:
“As the presidential election heated up in the spring of 2016, RT consistently featured negative stories about Mrs. Clinton, according to United States intelligence officials. That included claims of corruption at her family foundation and ties to Islamic extremism, frequent coverage of emails stolen by Russian operatives from Mrs. Clinton’s campaign chairman, and accusations that she was in poor physical and mental health.”

Only ‘large-scale war’ would allow US to block Beijing from S. China Sea islands, state media warns
Only ‘large-scale war’ would allow US to block Beijing from S. China Sea islands, state media warns
“Unless Washington plans to wage a large-scale war in the South China Sea, any other approaches to prevent Chinese access to the islands will be foolish,” the state-sanctioned Global Times newspaper wrote on its English-language website.
It went on to stress that the US “has no absolute power to dominate the South China Sea,” warning that Tillerson “had better bone up on nuclear power strategies if he wants to force a big nuclear power to withdraw from its own territories.”
The article also said that China has so far “shown restraint” when Trump’s cabinet picks have expressed “radical views,” as the president-elect has not yet been sworn in. However, it stressed that the US “should not be misled into thinking that Beijing will be fearful of their threats.”
“If Trump’s diplomatic team shapes future Sino-US ties as it is doing now, the two sides had better prepare for a military clash,” the article reads, adding that Tillerson’s statements are “far from professional.”
The former ExxonMobil CEO’s comments were made during his Senate confirmation hearing on Wednesday, in which he said that China’s activities in the disputed South China Sea were “extremely worrisome.”
“Building islands and then putting military assets on those islands is akin to Russia’s taking of Crimea. It’s taking of territory that others lay claim to,” Tillerson said, referring to the reunification of Crimea and Russia, which took place following a referendum in 2014.

Ripe for Regime Change
Ripe for Regime Change
“The Prosecutor General’s Office has ruled…the National Democratic Institute, chaired by a former Secretary of State (Albright,) poses a threat to Russian security and constitutional order. It proposed including this NGO on the list of undesirable organizations.
According to NDI’s website the group operated in Russia directly since the 1980s. In 2012 it closed its office in the country, but continued to implement its programs through partner organizations.”
In 1948 this dour, diminutive imperialist of great turpitude immigrated to my country, the United States, becoming a citizen in 1957. She lost her Czech accent, anglicized her name, married a filthy rich Gentile newspaper heir, got a passport… then a diplomatic passport…before putting her genocidal tendencies on public display in 1996 by stressing the value of starving to death, a half-million Arab Muslim children, in order to force feed an all-you-can-eat buffet of regime change down the throat of one Saddam Hussein.
In Yugoslavia, Iraq,Syria,Libya, Ukraine and elsewhere, the PNAC NeoCons have ruined entire nationsand gleefully bombed peoples back to the Stone Age to achieve ends that have nothing to do with the national security of the United States. They have also ruined the United States in a more insidious way.
Three Manhattan towers were demolished, bombs detonated inside the Pentagon accounting wing, 3000 Americans burnt alive and an entire nation bamboozled so that NeoCons like Albright could finally get their Iraq itch scratched after killing off a half a million kids didn’t get the job done.
