Namely, the\u00a0hard core statist and\u00a0crypto-Marxist prime minister of Greece, Alexis Tsipras. He has now set in motion a\u00a0cascade of disruption that will\u00a0shake the corrupt status quo to its very foundations.<\/p>\n<p>And just in the nick of time, too.\u00a0After 15\u00a0years of\u00a0rampant money printing, falsification of financial market prices and usurpation of democratic rule, his\u00a0antagonists\u2014\u2013the ECB,\u00a0the EU superstate\u00a0and the IMF\u2014-have become\u00a0a terminal threat to the very\u00a0survival of the\u00a0kind of\u00a0liberal society of which these values are part and parcel.<\/p>\n<p>In fact, the Keynesian central banking and the Brussels and IMF style\u00a0bailout\u00a0regime\u2014which has become nearly universal\u2014-eventually\u00a0fosters a form of soft-core economic totalitarianism.\u00a0That\u2019s because\u00a0the former first\u00a0destroys honest financial markets by falsifying the price of debt. So doing,\u00a0Keynesian central bankers\u00a0enable governments to issue far more debt than their taxpayers and national economies\u00a0can shoulder; and,\u00a0at the same time, force\u00a0investors and savers\u00a0to desperately chase yield in a marketplace where the so-called risk free interest\u00a0rate has been pegged at ridiculously low levels.<\/p>\n<p>That means, in turn, that banks, bond funds and fast money traders alike take on increasing levels of unacknowledged and uncompensated\u00a0risk, and that the natural checks and balances of honest\u00a0financial markets are stymied and disabled. Short sellers are soon\u00a0destroyed because the purpose of Keynesian central banking is to drive the price of securities to artificially high and unnatural levels.
