Not in Australia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 1.5; color: #000000; padding: 0px; margin: 0px 0px 1.25em 0px;\">The government in Canberra has taken advantage of lower oil (and therefore petrol) prices to increase the customs tariff from 38.143 cents to 38.6 cents a litre in November 2014.
