But this White House wants to cover it up\u201d<\/a>.\u00a0 When asked in 2009 if he thought there should be another 9\/11 commission, Cleland responded:<a title=\"\u201cThere should be about fifteen 9\/11 commissions\u201d\" href=\"http:\/\/www.justice-integrity.org\/faq\/703-9-11-commission-s-forum-shows-how-dc-works\" target=\"_blank\">\u201cThere should be about\u00a0<em>fifteen<\/em>\u00a09\/11 commissions\u201d<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>The Senior Counsel to the 9\/11 Commission (John Farmer) \u2013 who led the 9\/11 staff\u2019s inquiry \u2013\u00a0<a title=\"said\" href=\"http:\/\/www.washingtonsblog.com\/2009\/04\/senior-counsel-to-the-911-commission-at-some-level-of-the-government-at-some-point-in-time-there-was-an-agreement-not-to-tell-the-truth.html\">said<\/a>\u201cAt some level of the government, at some point in time\u2026there was an agreement not to tell the truth about what happened\u201c. He also\u00a0<a title=\"said\" href=\"http:\/\/www.washingtonpost.com\/wp-dyn\/content\/article\/2006\/08\/01\/AR2006080101300.html\" target=\"_blank\">said<\/a>\u00a0\u201cI was shocked at how different the truth was from the way it was described \u2026. The tapes told a radically different story from what had been told to us and the public for two years\u2026. This is not spin.
