He at least felt safe enough to\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.wsj.com\/articles\/kabul-faces-blackout-as-taliban-dont-pay-electricity-suppliers-11633257932?mod=hp_lead_pos9\">tell WSJ<\/a> that the consequences of the Taliban not making good with Afghanistan&#8217;s Central Asian power suppliers could be &#8220;really dangerous.&#8221;<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong>\u201cThe consequences would be countrywide, but especially in Kabul.
