And they just get away with it.<\/p>\n<p>To pick one of nearly infinite possible examples, here in Australia the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.theaustralian.com.au\/commentary\/editorials\/defence-spending-must-shore-up-national-security\/news-story\/19dc6d7a33b424e10356032c9e39d27c\">Murdoch press<\/a>\u00a0are currently\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.news.com.au\/technology\/innovation\/military\/lowy-institute-warns-australia-must-stay-cleareyed-about-chinas-growing-military-capabilities\/news-story\/d3e3a331caf832aeea5d63bb205f34c2\">citing a report<\/a>\u00a0generated through the funding of governments and weapons manufacturers to whip up public hysteria about the ridiculous fantasy that China might attack us.
