As Medea Benjamin and Nicolas JS Davies\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.salon.com\/2021\/05\/26\/tony-blinken-talks-about-a-rules-based-order--does-he-mean-the-us-gets-to-make-the-rules\/\">wrote for\u00a0<em>Salon<\/em><\/a>\u00a0last month:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>For Blinken, the concept of a \u201crules-based order\u201d seems to serve mainly as a cudgel with which to attack China and Russia.
