Meanwhile, cooler than average temperatures will develop in the West, particularly in the Southwest,&#8221; according to\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/weather.com\/forecast\/regional\/news\/2021-03-05-warm-up-east-south-record-warm-central\">The Weather Channel<\/a>.\u00a0<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>The mild setup for this week is a relief from last month. Highs could be 10 to 25 degrees above average in the East, except for Florida, by Tuesday. Highs in the 60s and 70s are anticipated with 50s toward the Canadian border.
