{"id":5561,"date":"2015-02-11T07:00:54","date_gmt":"2015-02-11T12:00:54","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/olduvai.ca\/?p=5561"},"modified":"2015-02-11T07:00:54","modified_gmt":"2015-02-11T12:00:54","slug":"ebola-like-symptoms-at-london-ontario-hospital-prompt-lockdown","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/olduvai.ca\/?p=5561","title":{"rendered":"Ebola-Like Symptoms At London, Ontario Hospital Prompt Lockdown"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3 class=\"title\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.huffingtonpost.ca\/2015\/02\/11\/ebola-london-ontario_n_6658248.html\" target=\"_blank\">Ebola-Like Symptoms At London, Ontario Hospital Prompt Lockdown<\/a><\/h3>\n<p>The London Health Science Centre said late Tuesday night that two patients had been admitted to the city&#8217;s Victoria Hospital with Ebola-like symptoms.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;As a designated treatment hospital, at approximately 9:45 p.m. this evening, two patients currently under investigation for Ebola Virus Disease were referred to LHSC,&#8221; according to a hospital statement. &#8220;The patients were not admitted through the Emergency Department and were placed directly in isolation in a negative pressure room at LHSC\u2019s Victoria Hospital.
