{"id":54450,"date":"2020-07-29T12:22:42","date_gmt":"2020-07-29T17:22:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/olduvai.ca\/?p=54450"},"modified":"2020-07-30T08:48:10","modified_gmt":"2020-07-30T13:48:10","slug":"world-on-verge-of-spinning-out-of-control-john-rubino","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/olduvai.ca\/?p=54450","title":{"rendered":"World on Verge of Spinning Out of Control \u2013 John Rubino"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a href=\"https:\/\/usawatchdog.com\/world-on-verge-of-spinning-out-of-control-john-rubino\/\">World on Verge of Spinning Out of Control \u2013 John Rubino<\/a><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignleft\"><a href=\"https:\/\/usawatchdog.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/John-Rubino-7.28.2020-pic.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/usawatchdog.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/John-Rubino-7.28.2020-pic-300x195.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-23711\"\/><\/a><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Financial writer John Rubino says gold is at new all-time highs, silver is vaulting upward and there is no end in sight for the massive money printing around the world.&nbsp; Rubino say\u2019s if you look deeper, you can see the \u201creal message\u201d in the unfolding events.&nbsp; Rubino explains, \u201cIt\u2019s fun to be a gold bug and see your stacks getting more valuable, but the real message here is the world is on the verge of spinning out of control.&nbsp; That\u2019s what gold and silver are signaling.&nbsp;&nbsp;We\u2019re just a mess with no way out of this because even before the pandemic hit, we were running deficits in the U.S. of a trillion dollars a year.&nbsp; That is an emergency level of government borrowing, but we were doing it in the 10<sup>th<\/sup>&nbsp;year of a recovery or expansion.&nbsp; Normally, everybody is back at work, paying taxes, government debt goes way down and sometimes it even turns into surpluses, but that wasn\u2019t happening this time, which is a sign the monetary experiment that began in 1971 when we went off the gold standard and went to all fiat currencies everywhere was ending.&nbsp; We are no longer able to manage economies with this much debt just by printing new currency and borrowing more money.&nbsp; The system was going to break down anyway, but the pandemic has come along and accelerated the process.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rubino goes on to say, \u201cSo, now people ask:&nbsp; Is there a pain free way of getting out of this and getting back to normality?
