The source was the\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.zerohedge.com\/news\/2015-02-06\/january-payrolls-smash-expectations-rising-257000-hourly-earnings-surge-most-novembe\">monthly employment report<\/a>, which showed a larger than expected increase in employment as well as higher wages. In addition, there was a huge upward revision to employment data in November. Interestingly enough, on the same day this report was released, several important articles came across my screen that make me as concerned as ever about the true state of the economy and where we are headed.<\/p>\n<p>First,\u00a0<em>CNN Money<\/em>\u00a0just yesterday published an article titled:\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/money.cnn.com\/2015\/02\/05\/news\/economy\/obama-jobs\/index.html?section=money_news_economy&amp;utm_source=feedburner&amp;utm_medium=feed&amp;utm_campaign=Feed%3A+rss%2Fmoney_news_economy+%28Economy+News%29\">Obama Jobs: More Caregivers, Servers and Temps<\/a>. Here are a few excerpts:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong><em>Got a job while Obama was president? Then there\u2019s a good chance you are working in healthcare or food service or as a temp.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Those sectors were responsible more than 60% of the jobs created since Obama took office in January 2009.<\/em><\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p><em>Healthcare now employs 14.9 million Americans, up 11% over the past six years, according to a\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.pewresearch.org\/fact-tank\/2015\/01\/14\/job-shifts-under-obama-fewer-government-workers-more-caregivers-servers-and-temps\/\" target=\"_blank\">recent Pew Research Center report<\/a>. More than one in 10 payroll jobs in the U.S. are in this industry.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Much of the job growth in healthcare has taken place in home health care services and outpatient care.<\/strong>\u00a0That follows both the aging of America and the shift away from more costly\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/money.cnn.com\/2014\/09\/29\/news\/economy\/hospitals-deductibles-payments-patients\/index.html?iid=EL\">hospital<\/a>\u00a0and nursing home care.
