Rise up, America!<\/a><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Today we hoist the black flag of anarchy\u2026 and plot illicit acts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For the spirit of sedition steals over us. And passion overmasters our typical Olympian serenity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We may be declared infamous and set down as an insurrectionist. We may be sent to the gallows.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Yet the time for meek submission is gone. And the time for bald defiance is here.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Do we break heads? Do we holler against the police?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Do we incite our fellow Americans to thieving, to arson, to bedlam?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We do none of it, no.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We are as peaceful as a napping baby, as peaceful as grazing sheep.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Instead we beseech Americans to reclaim their ancient and God-granted liberties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

That is, we beseech Americans to defy the government freezes that imprison them in their homes\u2026 and wreck their livelihoods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All About Saving Lives?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We issue today\u2019s war cry for one central because:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The government authorities that mandated these \u201clockdowns\u201d clearly do not take them heavily.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Their enforcement has proven selective. Capricious. Nonsensical. Idiotic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

That is to say, predictable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

These gushers of human compassion assured us the public health was their highest thought, that they had no thought beyond the preservation of life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In consequence\u2026 they mandated the self-incarceration of perhaps 300 million Americans.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Yes, it would comatize the economy, they conceded. Yes, stores, restaurants, alehouses, theaters, schools, worship houses, beaches, parks and other places of public resort would be locked.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Yes, millions and millions of Americans would be thrown from their jobs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Yet these unprecedented, egregious and breath-stealing measures were necessary\u2026 else the pandemic would overwhelm us. We were denied all choice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is what our jailors told us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And they sobbed the saltiest tears that ever streamed down cheeks\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cIf it saves one life,\u201d sniffled Gov. Cuomo, the incalculable expense was worth the sacrifice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
