Whether by commission, omission or plain old ignorance, our media is failing us \u2014 it\u2019s not probing as critically and deeply as it should to ensure the information it brings us is valid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Among several examples in today\u2019s video, Chris scorches recent reports that covid-19 could not have been developed in a lab \u2014 reports that rely heavily on an authority who just happens to have years of experience collaborating with Wuhan scientists working with coronaviruses (including bats), BUT THIS WASN\u2019T DISCLOSED.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our big frustration here is that the reports we\u2019re having to devote time to debunking in our daily videos shouldn\u2019t be getting the air time they are this far into the coronavirus crisis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/KKeiCPwy0K8\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Why are there still so many inaccuracies in today\u2019s news? Collectively, the media should have sharpened its game in its pandemic reporting by now. It should have seasoned vetting processes in place by this time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Especially when the stakes of being wrong are remain so high.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Just another reason to say: It didn\u2019t have to be this way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Oh well, we\u2019ll continue these daily critical thinking-based updates for as long as their needed.
