Here\u2019s How to Survive the Uncertainty<\/a><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We live in a very different world than we did back in January when the calendar turned to 2020 and everyone was anticipating the great things they\u2019d accomplish in the brand new decade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Only 3 months ago, we all had futures we imagined\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Kids graduating from high school or college<\/li><li>A vacation we were planning<\/li><li>A new job we were striving toward<\/li><li>Retirement so close you could practically smell the beach where you\u2019d spend your golden years<\/li><li>The health and fitness goal you were finally going to achieve<\/li><li>A positive lifestyle change you were planning to make<\/li><li>A relocation to a new destination<\/li><li>The advancement of your relationship, whether it was a new one or one you\u2019d been in for a while<\/li><li>A summer road trip<\/li><li>Getting a new pet<\/li><li>An empty nest and what you were going to do with that newly vacant bedroom<\/li><li>A new family member<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Three months ago, we all had dreams, goals for the future, or at least some idea of what the upcoming year would hold for us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I\u2019ll bet none of us even considered on New Year\u2019s Eve that we\u2019d spend the first half (at least) of the year dealing with a deadly pandemic. Heck, I sat on a balcony in a little seaside village in Montenegro, toasting the new decade with a friend and some Jack Daniels, watching fireworks over the Adriatic Sea, and planning what European destination I\u2019d be heading to next.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It probably never crossed anyone\u2019s mind that there\u2019d be some crazy new virus that nobody had ever heard of which would leave us&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.theorganicprepper.com\/the-lockdown-of-america-begins\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">under the equivalent of house arrest<\/a>&nbsp;for months.
