The\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/2020\/01\/07\/world\/middleeast\/iran-plane-crash-boeing-ukraine.html?smid=tw-nytimes&amp;smtyp=cur\"><em>New York Time<\/em><\/a><em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/2020\/01\/07\/world\/middleeast\/iran-plane-crash-boeing-ukraine.html?smid=tw-nytimes&amp;smtyp=cur\">s<\/a>,\u00a0<\/em>meanwhile, reports that the plane was carrying &#8220;at least 170 people,&#8221; while\u00a0<em>Bloomberg<\/em>\u00a0puts the number between 167 and 180.
