PG&amp;E has since filed for bankruptcy as its stock has&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.zerohedge.com\/energy\/pge-crashes-new-all-time-low-over-fears-it-will-be-blamed-latest-california-inferno\">crashed 95% in 25 months<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/zh-prod-1cc738ca-7d3b-4a72-b792-20bd8d8fa069.storage.googleapis.com\/s3fs-public\/inline-images\/2019-10-29_08-15-51.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.zerohedge.com\/s3\/files\/inline-images\/2019-10-29_08-15-51.png?itok=Pbx83Lmi\"><\/a>Bloomberg notes that 3 million Californians are still recovering from last week&#8217;s blackout, with at least half of those folks without power through Monday night.
