Plutocratic propaganda outlet MSNBC has just run a spin segment<\/a> on the breaking news<\/a> that the medical examiner\u2019s determination of the cause of Jeffrey Epstein\u2019s death is \u201cpending further information\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cOur sources are still saying that it looks like suicide, and this is going to set conspiracy theorists abuzz I fear,\u201d said NBC correspondent Ken Dilanian. \u201cNBC News has been hearing all day long that there are no indications of foul play, and that this looks like a suicide and that he hung himself in his cell.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dilanian, who stumbled over the phrase \u201cconspiracy theorists\u201d in his haste to get it in the first soundbyte, is a known asset of the Central Intelligence Agency. This is not a conspiracy theory, this is a well-documented fact. A 2014 article in The Intercept<\/em> titled \u201cThe CIA\u2019s Mop-Up Man\u201d<\/a> reveals email exchanges obtained via Freedom of Information Act request between Dilanian and CIA public affairs officers which \u201cshow that Dilanian enjoyed a closely collaborative relationship with the agency, explicitly promising positive news coverage and sometimes sending the press office entire story drafts for review prior to publication.\u201d There is no reason to give Dilanian the benefit of the doubt that this cozy relationship has ended, so anything he puts forward can safely be dismissed as CIA public relations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When I\u00a0mentioned Dilanian\u2019s CIA ties on MSNBC\u2019s Twitter video<\/a>, MSNBC\u00a0deleted<\/a>\u00a0their tweet and then\u00a0re-shared it<\/a>\u00a0without mentioning Dilanian\u2019s name. Here is a\u00a0screenshot<\/a>\u00a0of the first tweet followed by an embedded link to\u00a0their current one<\/a>\u00a0(which I\u2019ve\u00a0archived<\/a>\u00a0just in case):<\/p>\n\n\n\n
