All data is through&nbsp;<strong>March 2019<\/strong>&nbsp;and is in thousand barrels per day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/peakoilbarrel.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/OPEC-14.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-21777\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">There was another big decline in OPEC production in March, down 534,000 barrels per day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/peakoilbarrel.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/Secondary-Sources.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-21778\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The decline was mostly Saudi Arabia, Venezuela, and Iraq.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/peakoilbarrel.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/OPEC-Quotas-Data.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-21779\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Iran, Libya and Venezuela are exempt from quotas. Everyone except Saudi Arabia are near their quota.
