And, as The Globe and Mail\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.theglobeandmail.com\/news\/politics\/carbon-pricing-coming-to-ontario-strategy-to-be-unveiled-this-year\/article22422031\/\" target=\"_hplink\">reported<\/a>\u00a0\u201che pledges carbon pricing will be part of it.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe\u2019re looking at how we can transition Ontario to a low carbon economy through initiatives such as setting a price on carbon, the adoption of cleaner fuel standards, energy efficiency and conservation measures,\u201d Glen Murray said in an email to Huffington Post Canada.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Carbon pricing charges emissions from both corporations and consumers through various measures including emissions trading systems, carbon taxes or payments for emission reductions.
