But he also pays close attention to the fine details of policy design which, if ignored, can cause the best-intentioned policies to miss their potentials.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>One of the many strengths of the book is the wealth of graphics which present complex information in visually effective formats.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A political acceptable baseline<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Though political wrangling is barely discussed, Harvey notes that \u201cIt goes without saying that a key consideration of any climate policy is whether it stands a chance of being enacted.
