US Completely Invalidates All Of Its Own Arguments About\u00a0Crimea<\/a><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Well the worst Putin Puppet of all time<\/a> is at it again, this time tweeting that the US must recognize the Golan Heights as part of Israel despite the fact that the Israeli occupation of that Syrian land is illegal under international law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cAfter 52 years it is time for the United States to fully recognize Israel\u2019s Sovereignty over the Golan Heights, which is of critical strategic and security importance to the State of Israel and Regional Stability!\u201d, Trump\u2019s tweet<\/a> reads.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Russian parliament member Oleg Morozov made a statement<\/a> in response to Trump\u2019s proclamation, saying that \u201cRussia will never agree to recognize Israeli sovereignty in the Golan. Trump is damaging the international community and the Arab world\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Trump\u2019s tweet follows a\u00a0report last week<\/a>\u00a0that his administration has deliberately softened the US government\u2019s language concerning the Golan Heights in a way that is favorable to Israel, referring to the region as \u201cIsraeli-controlled\u201d instead of \u201cIsraeli-occupied\u201d as it had always previously been.\u00a0This is just one more of the\u00a0many, many ways<\/a>\u00a0in which the facts demonstrate a virulently anti-Russia posture by the Trump administration in the face of a funhouse mirror mass media narrative which claims the exact opposite, another of those facts being the administration\u2019s sanctions and hawkish posturing over the Russian Federation\u2019s 2014 annexation of Crimea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
