Trump\u2019s Biggest Lie?<\/a><\/h3>\n<\/header>\n

INTRODUCTION<\/strong><\/p>\n

(NOTE: Remarks from US President Donald Trump that will be considered as representing possibly his biggest lie will here be\u00a0boldfaced<\/strong>, so that they will stand out from the context in which he stated them.)<\/p>\n

Trump escalated Bush\u2019s and Obama\u2019s invasions and military occupations of the sovereign nations of Iraq, Afghanistan, and Syria. But on January 7th<\/sup>, he promised, in one of his thousands of lying\u00a0tweets<\/a>, that,\u00a0\u201cEndless Wars, especially those which are fought out of judgement\u00a0mistakes that were made many years ago<\/strong>, & those where we are getting little financial or military help from\u00a0the rich countries that so greatly benefit from what we are doing<\/strong>, will eventually come to a glorious end!\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

Then, on Sunday, January 13th<\/sup>, he tweeted that if Turkey won\u2019t do in Syria what he, the US President, wants it to do there, then the United States will be in the first official stage of war against Turkey, the economic-sanctions phase, which nowadays is the prelude to an invasion, as has been the case since\u00a01990 regarding Iraq<\/a>. On January 13th<\/sup>, he\u00a0tweeted<\/a>, \u201cWill devastate Turkey economically<\/strong>\u00a0if they hit Kurds. Create 20 mile safe zone\u2026.\u201d Minutes later, he\u00a0tweeted<\/a>:\u00a0\u201c…Likewise, do not want the Kurds to provoke Turkey.\u00a0Russia, Iran and Syria have been the biggest beneficiaries of the long term US policy of destroying ISIS in Syria<\/strong>\u00a0– natural enemies. We also benefit but it is now time to bring our troops back home. Stop the ENDLESS WARS!\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n
