The spate of \u2018wild\u2019 and \u201cforest\u201d fires in California in 2018 has reached critical mass<\/em><\/strong>, so \u201cmoonbeam\u201d Governor Jerry Brown has to step up to the plate and demand a Congressional investigation into what\u2019s going on, rather than just asking for federal disaster funding!<\/p>\n

Too many casualties have occurred from the various fires: Hundreds of lives lost;<\/strong> thousands of homes and business properties destroyed<\/strong>; towns <\/strong>like Paradise<\/em> burned away<\/strong>; pets and wildlife destruction<\/strong>; and an ecological disaster<\/strong> impacting California for decades to come.\u00a0\u00a0 Without trees, California\u2019s smog problem becomes even worse, while burned-out terrain will become mud slides where no one can rebuild.<\/p>\n
