The report showed how the DEA paid a Houston, Texas company called Cowboy Streetlight Concealments LLC. approximately $22,000 since June for \u201cvideo recording and reproducing equipment.\u201d ICE paid out about $28,000 to Cowboy Streetlight Concealments during the same period.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&#8220;It\u2019s unclear where the DEA and ICE streetlight cameras have been installed, or where the next deployments will take place. They specify what\u2019s best for them, and we make it. And that\u2019s about all I can probably say.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>However, she added: \u201cI can tell you this\u2014things are always being watched.
