Namely by connecting the nation with <span class=\"caps\">U.S.<\/span>companies that know how to extract shale oil and gas via hydraulic fracturing\u00a0(fracking).<\/p>\n<p>But <span class=\"caps\">DOE<\/span> isn\u2019t the only part of the <span class=\"caps\">U.S.<\/span> government facilitating fracking in Argentina.
