This is an interview with me, recorded 3 weeks or so ago, that\u2019s part of the project. I would have done 1000 things differently, but it\u2019s not my baby, it\u2019s Wayne\u2019s world. At least some snippets of information come through.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Note: it was 100\u00ba, and it shows. Very sweaty, very uncomfortable. Still, while I\u2019m not wild about doing videos -we had Nicole for that, right?!- maybe I should be doing more of this. Not that I watched this one, mind you. You have a blog called \u201cAutomatic Earth\u201d and you are very active with it. Can you say something about \u201cAutomatic Earth\u201d? When was it founded? What is its aim?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><b>Ilargi:<\/b> It was founded almost eleven years ago. Nicole Foss and I founded it because we wanted to write about finance whereas the people we were writing for before that, \u201cThe Oil Drum\u201d, didn\u2019t want us to do that and we thought it was too important not to.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><b>WH:<\/b> And what are you doing here in Athens?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><b>Ilargi:<\/b> I\u2019m supporting a group of people who feed the homeless and refugees.
