We are approaching the end of the debt Train Wreck series. I\u2019ve spent several weeks explaining why I think excessive debt is dragging the world economy toward an epic crash. The tracks ahead are clear for now but will not remain so. The end probably won\u2019t be pretty. But there\u2019s good news, too: we have time to get our portfolios, our businesses, and our families prepared.<\/p>\n

Today, we\u2019ll look at some new numbers on just how big the problem is, then I\u2019ll recap the various angles we\u2019ve discussed. This problem is so big that we easily overlook key points.
