They imply that \u2018we\u2019 own (or have some right to control) Syria. That\u2019s not only a\u00a0lie; it is a very evil and harmful one, dangerously goading\u00a0the\u00a0US President to go even more against Russia (and Iran) (and, of course, against\u00a0<em>Syria<\/em>) than has yet been done \u2014 but\u00a0the\u00a0\u2018news\u2019media don\u2019t care about that evil, and that falsehood, and that dangerousness \u2014 they do it anyway, and none of them attacks\u00a0the\u00a0others for perpetrating this vicious war-mongering\u00a0lie, that\u00a0lying\u00a0provocation to yet more and worse war than already exists there. And\u00a0the\u00a0fact that none is exposing\u00a0the\u00a0fraudulence of\u00a0the\u00a0others on this important matter, is a yet-bigger additional scandal, beyond and amplifying\u00a0the\u00a0media\u2019s common\u00a0lying\u00a0itself. Because they all function here like a mob, goading to more and worse invasions, and doing it on\u00a0the\u00a0the\u00a0basis of dangerous\u00a0lies\u00a0\u2014 that America, and not\u00a0the\u00a0Syrians themselves, own Syria.<\/p>\n<p>These\u00a0lies\u00a0simply assume that America (probably referring to\u00a0the\u00a0US Government, but whatever) somehow \u201chas\u201d or else \u201chad\u201d Syria (so that America can now \u2018cede\u2019 it, to anyone); and this assumption (that\u00a0the\u00a0US somehow\u00a0<em>owns\u00a0<\/em>Syria) is not only an imperialistic one (which is bad, and wrong, in itself), but it reduces to nothingness\u00a0the\u00a0rights (in\u00a0the\u00a0minds of\u00a0the\u00a0American public) of\u00a0the\u00a0Syrian people, to control\u00a0<em>their own land<\/em>.
