according to Arab-language publication <a href=\"https:\/\/translate.google.com\/translate?hl=en&amp;sl=ar&amp;u=http:\/\/elaph.com\/&amp;prev=search\"><em>Elaph<\/em><\/a>\u00a0and reported by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ynetnews.com\/articles\/0,7340,L-5241923,00.html\">Israeli media<\/a> Thursday.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c<strong>They know that the Iranian regime is in its final days and will soon collapse<\/strong>,\u201d said Israeli Defense Minister Avigdor Lieberman, adding &#8220;<strong>If they attack Tel Aviv, we will attack Tehran<\/strong>.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.zerohedge.com\/sites\/default\/files\/inline-images\/lieb_0.JPG?itok=YjjNJs7S\" data-image-external-href=\"\" data-image-href=\"\/sites\/default\/files\/inline-images\/lieb_0.JPG?itok=YjjNJs7S\" data-link-option=\"0\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.zerohedge.com\/sites\/default\/files\/inline-images\/lieb_0.JPG\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.zerohedge.com\/sites\/default\/files\/styles\/inline_image_desktop\/public\/inline-images\/lieb_0.JPG?itok=YjjNJs7S 1x\" alt=\"\" width=\"500\" height=\"291\" data-entity-type=\"file\" data-entity-uuid=\"62633662-c9d3-4d54-832b-2b329e38a747\" data-responsive-image-style=\"inline_images\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Liberman suggested Iran is vulnerable on two fronts, economic and military &#8211; and that an American withdrawal from the Iran nuclear deal would significantly damage the regime&#8217;s economy during a period in which the Islamic Republic is devoting resources to a military build-up in Syria against the West.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c<strong>Iran is trying to establish bases in Syria and arm them with advanced weapons<\/strong>,\u201d Lieberman said. \u201cEvery military outpost in Syria in which Iran seems to be trying to dig in militarily, <strong>we will destroy<\/strong>.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Lieberman says that Israel must prevent\u00a0an Iranian military build-up on their border. \u201c<strong>We won\u2019t allow it, whatever the cost<\/strong>,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>Iran has repeatedly hit back against similar rhetoric, threatening to attack Israel directly.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIf you provide an excuse for Iran, <strong>Tel Aviv and Haifa will be razed to the ground<\/strong>,\u201d Ali Shirazi, an adviser to Iranian Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, said in <a href=\"https:\/\/wtop.com\/middle-east\/2018\/04\/iran-official-tel-aviv-will-be-razed-if-israel-attacks\/\">mid-April<\/a>\u00a0according to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/policy\/defense-national-security\/israel-the-iranian-regime-is-in-its-final-days\"><em>Washington Times<\/em><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.axios.com\/israel-demands-russia-remove-iran-syrian-border-ac6f96f7-9dd0-4510-9705-59912a3c7721.html?utm_source=twitter&amp;utm_medium=social&amp;utm_campaign=organic\"><em>Axios<\/em><\/a>\u00a0reports that Israel has approached Russia several times over the last few weeks with demands that the Kremlin adhere to a cease fire arrangement signed with the U.S. last November, which includes preventing pro-Iranian militias from entering a buffer zone on the Syrian-Israeli border.<\/p>\n<p>&#8230;click on the above link to read the rest of the article&#8230;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/article>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Israeli Defense Minister: &#8220;The Iranian Regime Is In Its Final Days&#8221;
