The boy portrayed as a \u2018victim\u2019 in a video of the alleged chemical attack in Douma has told a Russian TV crew that he was asked to go to hospital, where people \u201cgrabbed\u201d him and started \u201cpouring water\u201d over his head.<\/div>\n
