All data, unless otherwise noted, is through January 2018 and is in thousand barrels per day.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-18665\" src=\"http:\/\/peakoilbarrel.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/OPEC-14.jpg\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 771px) 100vw, 771px\" srcset=\"http:\/\/peakoilbarrel.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/OPEC-14.jpg 771w, http:\/\/peakoilbarrel.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/OPEC-14-300x172.jpg 300w, http:\/\/peakoilbarrel.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/OPEC-14-768x439.jpg 768w\" alt=\"\" width=\"771\" height=\"441\" \/><\/p>\n<p>OPEC crude only production has held steady for three months. However, this chart masks the fact that November production was revised downward by 45,000 barrels per day and December production was revised downward by 107,000 barrels per day. January production was 76,000 barrels per day below last years 12 month average of 32,378,000 barrels per day and 247,000 barrels per day lower than OPEC\u2019s 2016 12 month average of 32,549,000 barrels per day.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-18666\" src=\"http:\/\/peakoilbarrel.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/Secondary-Sources.jpg\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 578px) 100vw, 578px\" srcset=\"http:\/\/peakoilbarrel.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/Secondary-Sources.jpg 578w, http:\/\/peakoilbarrel.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/Secondary-Sources-300x297.jpg 300w\" alt=\"\" width=\"578\" height=\"572\" \/><\/p>\n<p>OPEC oil production was down just 8,100 barrels per day in January. November production was revised down 45,000\u00a0bpd\u00a0and December production was revised down by 107,000\u00a0bpd. The largest revisions were for Venezuela. Their production was revised down 28,000\u00a0bpd\u00a0in November and 98,000\u00a0bpd\u00a0in December.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-18667\" src=\"http:\/\/peakoilbarrel.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/Algeria.jpg\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 769px) 100vw, 769px\" srcset=\"http:\/\/peakoilbarrel.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/Algeria.jpg 769w, http:\/\/peakoilbarrel.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/Algeria-300x174.jpg 300w, http:\/\/peakoilbarrel.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/Algeria-768x446.jpg 768w\" alt=\"\" width=\"769\" height=\"447\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Algeria, like at least 8 other OPEC countries, is in continuous decline.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-18671\" src=\"http:\/\/peakoilbarrel.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/Angola.jpg\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 773px) 100vw, 773px\" srcset=\"http:\/\/peakoilbarrel.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/Angola.jpg 773w, http:\/\/peakoilbarrel.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/Angola-300x175.jpg 300w, http:\/\/peakoilbarrel.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/Angola-768x447.jpg 768w\" alt=\"\" width=\"773\" height=\"450\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Angola peaked in 2008 at a 12 month average of 1,870,000 barrels per day are currently about a quarter of a million barrels per day below that number.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-18672\" src=\"http:\/\/peakoilbarrel.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/Ecuador.jpg\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 766px) 100vw, 766px\" srcset=\"http:\/\/peakoilbarrel.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/Ecuador.jpg 766w, http:\/\/peakoilbarrel.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/Ecuador-300x173.jpg 300w\" alt=\"\" width=\"766\" height=\"441\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Ecuador\u2019s crude oil production increased steadily for four and one-half years, from mid-2010 to January of 2015 and has been on a bumpy decline for the last three year<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-18673\" src=\"http:\/\/peakoilbarrel.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/Equatorial-Guinea.jpg\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 764px) 100vw, 764px\" srcset=\"http:\/\/peakoilbarrel.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/Equatorial-Guinea.jpg 764w, http:\/\/peakoilbarrel.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/Equatorial-Guinea-300x175.jpg 300w\" alt=\"\" width=\"764\" height=\"446\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Equatorial Guinea\u2019s chart speaks for itself. I really don\u2019t know why they joined OPEC.
