It also recommends Kiev invite the International Criminal Court to investigate.<\/p>\n<p style=\"vertical-align: baseline; font-size: 1.5em; line-height: 1.4em; padding: 0px; margin: 0px 0px 15px 0px;\">The human rights watchdog is dissatisfied with the investigation conducted by the Ukrainian Prosecutor General&#8217;s Office into the use of cluster bombs by the Ukrainian armed forces in the east of the country, Human Rights Watch Executive Director Kenneth Roth told a media briefing in Kiev on Wednesday.<\/p>\n<p style=\"vertical-align: baseline; font-size: 1.5em; line-height: 1.4em; padding: 0px; margin: 0px 0px 15px 0px;\"><em style=\"vertical-align: baseline; font-style: italic; padding: 0px; margin: 0px;\">&#8220;Instead of analyzing physical evidence,<\/em>\u201d Ukraine\u2019s Prosecutor General looked into the\u00a0<em style=\"vertical-align: baseline; font-style: italic; padding: 0px; margin: 0px;\">&#8220;presence of weapons in depots,\u201d<\/em>\u00a0and said they were not taken anywhere, said Roth.<\/p>\n<p style=\"vertical-align: baseline; font-size: 1.5em; line-height: 1.4em; padding: 0px; margin: 0px 0px 15px 0px;\">He explained the watchdog had appealed to Ukraine\u2019s Military Prosecutor\u2019s Office regarding the use of cluster bombs and Grad multiple rocket launchers by Kiev\u2019s military in residential areas. In turn, the prosecutor appealed to the Ministry of Defense. Therefore he said\u00a0<em style=\"vertical-align: baseline; font-style: italic; padding: 0px; margin: 0px;\">\u201cit\u2019s no surprise\u201d<\/em>\u00a0the ministry did not find any violations by Kiev\u2019s military.
