The oil &amp; gas giants like Chevron and Exxon Mobil have created revolutionary conditions with now direct consequences on U.S. foreign policy and global war for dominance. Via\u00a0<a style=\"color: #7e1416; text-decoration: underline;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.bloomberg.com\/news\/2014-11-30\/oil-at-40-possible-as-market-transforms-caracas-to-iran.html\" target=\"_blank\">Bloomberg<\/a>:<\/p>\n<blockquote style=\"background-color: #e5e9f3; padding: 5px 10px 5px 10px; margin: 0px 20px 0px 20px;\"><p>Oil\u2019s decline is proving to be the worst since the collapse of the financial system in 2008 and threatening to have the same global impact of falling prices three decades ago that led to the Mexican debt crisis and the end of the Soviet Union.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Russia, the world\u2019s largest producer, can no longer rely on the same oil revenues to rescue an economy suffering from European and U.S. sanctions.<\/strong>\u00a0Iran, also reeling from similar sanctions, will need to reduce subsidies that have partly insulated its growing population.
