See for yourself how Facebook\u2019s polices what users post.\u201d<\/em><\/strong><\/div>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>It\u2019s important to remember that Facebook\u2019s moderators remove content \u201con report only,\u201d meaning that millions of Facebook users could see a graphic image or video \u2013 such as a beheading \u2013 before it\u2019s removed.<\/p>\n<p>As one report notes, <em><strong>the guidelines \u201cmay also alarm free speech advocates concerned about Facebook\u2019s de facto role as the world\u2019s largest censor. Both sides are likely to demand greater transparency.\u201d<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Facebook employs about 4,500 \u201ccontent moderators\u201d but recently announced plans to hire another 3,000,<a href=\"https:\/\/www.theguardian.com\/news\/2017\/may\/21\/facebook-moderators-quick-guide-job-challenges\"> the Guardian reported.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Here are some notable excerpts highlighted by the Guardian:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Remarks such as \u201cSomeone shoot Trump\u201d should be deleted, because as a head of state he is in a protected category.
