Patterns are consistent with a weak event developing, New Zealand\u2019s National Institute of Water &amp; Atmospheric Research said separately.<\/p>\n<p style=\"box-sizing: border-box; margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 28px; font-size: 1.1em; line-height: 1.3125em;\">El Ninos, caused by periodic warmings of the Pacific, can roil agricultural markets worldwide as farmers contend with drought across parts of\u00a0<a style=\"box-sizing: border-box; cursor: pointer; color: #003399; text-decoration: none; outline-style: none; outline-width: initial; outline-color: initial; font-family: akzidenz-grotesk-std-bloom, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-style: normal; font-weight: bold;\" href=\"http:\/\/topics.bloomberg.com\/asia\/\">Asia<\/a>\u00a0or too much rain in South America. Palm oil, cocoa, coffee and sugar are among crops most at risk, according to Goldman Sachs Group Inc.
