It received\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/thetyee.ca\/News\/2016\/11\/29\/Kinder-Morgan-Approved\/\" target=\"_blank\">conditional approval<\/a>\u00a0from the federal government in November.<\/p>\n<p>The B.C. government announced Wednesday that it had given provincial environmental approval, with 37 conditions, to the project.
