Yet the media\u2019s framing of events eschews basic facts \u2013 the actual content of the leaks – in favor of screaming \u201cthief\u201d at the top of its lungs.<\/p>\n

And so the following 200-word summary is\u00a0presented as an antidote to the establishment\u2019s clumsy post-election messaging<\/em><\/strong>…<\/p>\n

In one related email which highlights big money in politics, a wealthy donor\u00a0jokes\u00a0<\/a>\u201cI guess it takes a study to point out the obvious.\u201d<\/p>\n

Voters learn that the DNC leveraged its extensive contacts with the media to manipulate coverage in an effort to\u00a0elevate Trump<\/a>. The DNC\u2019s strategy document includes a list of Republican \u201cPied Pipers\u201d which the media was told to \u201ctake seriously.\u201d<\/p>\n
