It requires being willing to face my own deepest shadows, beliefs, and sources of grief.<\/p>\n<p>In this interview with Teal Swan, a modern spiritual teacher and catalyst, I use this quote by Carl Jung:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>\u201cThere is no coming to consciousness without pain.
