We\u00a0are now\u00a0ruled by about 200\u00a0unelected central bankers, monetary apparatchiks and their minions and megaphones on Wall Street and other\u00a0financial centers.<\/p>\n<p>Unlike Senator Joseph\u00a0McCarthy, I actually\u00a0do have a list of their names. They need to be exposed, denounced, ridiculed, rebuked and removed.<\/p>\n<p>The first\u00a030\u00a0includes Janet Yellen, William Dudley, the other\u00a0governors of the Fed and its senior staff.\u00a0The next\u00a010\u00a0includes\u00a0Jan Hatzius,\u00a0chief economist of Goldman Sachs, and his counterparts at the\u00a0other major Wall Street banking\u00a0houses.<\/p>\n<p>Then there is the dreadful Draghi and the\u00a025-member governing council of the ECB and\u00a0 still more senior\u00a0staff. Ditto for the\u00a0BOJ, BOE,\u00a0Bank of Canada, Reserve Bank of Australia\u00a0and even the\u00a0People\u2019s Printing Press of China.\u00a0Also, throw in Christine Lagarde and\u00a0the principals of the IMF and some scribblers at\u00a0think tanks like Brookings.\u00a0The names are\u00a0all on\u00a0Google!<\/p>\n<p>Have you ever heard of Lael Brainard? She\u2019s one of them at the Fed and very typical. That is, she\u2019s never held an honest capitalist job in her life; she\u2019s been a policy apparatchik at the Treasury, Brookings and the Fed ever since moving out of her college\u00a0dorm room.<\/p>\n<p>Now she\u2019s doing her\u00a0bit to prosecute the war on savers. She wants to keep them lashed to the zero bound\u2014-that is, in penury and humiliation\u2014\u2013because of the madness\u00a0happening to the Red Ponzi in\u00a0China.
