LIFE FINDS A WAY<\/a><\/h3>\n<\/div>\n<\/header>\n

It\u2019s a very rare event.\u201d Well, it\u2019s happened three days later so you then have to ask yourself, \u201cHow much of a blip is it ?\u201d And some analysts question whether the authorities have got a grip on this, if they\u2019re saying on Monday, \u201cLook, don\u2019t worry about it, it\u2019s just a blip,\u201d and then it happens again. The whole question arises of whether the authorities are trying to control the uncontrollable.\u201d<\/div>\n
