“Pure Arctic Outbreak”: Staying Warm During the Polar Vortex |<\/a>.<\/p>\n

If you turn on the news or look at any type of social media today, the theme of the day is\u2026.Brrrrr\u2026.<\/p>\n

That\u2019s because most of the United States is getting hit with the first storm of the winter \u2013 and it\u2019s a doozy. \u00a0Mac Slavo wrote about the impending deep freeze\u00a0on SHTFplan<\/a>:<\/p>\n

Leading physics professor Michio Kaku, of the City University of New York, has signaled a warning concerning the polar vortex now bringing extreme cold weather to a majority of states in the U.S.<\/p>\n

\u201cSuperstorm Nuri packs more energy than Hurricane Sandy. It\u2019s headed our way, and we are in the bullseye. This weekend it\u2019s going to plow into Alaska, creating fifty foot waves. Then, by midweek, all hell breaks loose. It\u2019s going to combine with the jetstream, pushing arctic air perhaps as low as Florida,\u201d Michio Kaku told CBS News.<\/p>\n

\u201cIn the worst case scenario, it could mean a deep freeze. It means airlines canceling flights left and right. It means transportation being disrupted\u2026 we\u2019re talking disruption that will peak between November 13 and November 15, but will ripple through the rest of November,\u201d Kaku added, telling viewers to \u201cget used to\u201d polar vortexes, because \u201cthe earth is changing, and we\u2019re going to see more violent swings.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n
