As the chart below shows, In November, import prices from China decreased 1.5% over the past 12 months, the largest year-over-year drop since the index declined 1.7% for the year ended in January 2010.<\/div>\n<div class=\"content\">\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.zerohedge.com\/sites\/default\/files\/images\/user5\/imageroot\/2015\/12\/China%20import%20price%20index.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.zerohedge.com\/sites\/default\/files\/images\/user5\/imageroot\/2015\/12\/China%20import%20price%20index_0.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"418\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>How did this happen?
