Has the Next Credit Collapse Already Begun?<\/a><\/h3>\n

The Climate Fix Is In<\/strong><\/p>\n

PARIS \u2013 The big news over the weekend was that the Paris meeting of climate foxes produced an agreement. They will spend $16.5 trillion of other people\u2019s money to raise more chickens.<\/p>\n

\u201cForget \u2018Big Oil,\u2019\u201d proclaimed a Bloomberg headline, \u201cGet Ready for \u2018Big Solar.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n

Obviously, we need more \u201cglobal warming\u201d to get them to work, so it is a bit unfortunate that there\u00a0hasn\u2019t been any warming in nearly 20 years<\/a>. Hell, we\u00a0can\u2019t even get any bad weather anymore<\/a>! It should be a tough time for the alarmist crowd, but there is a lot of money at stake \u2013 global warming hysteria is easily one of the greatest rackets and gravy trains in all of history \u2013 arguably only exceeded by the war racket. Yes, someone is always making off with the loot in these\u00a0\u201cgreen energy\u201d boondoggles<\/a>. It ain\u2019t you or me, dear reader. We have been chosen to play the part of involuntary providers of the loot. As Bill Bonner notes below:\u00a0the fix is in<\/em>.<\/p>\n

We don\u2019t have any knowledge or prejudice on the subject. But it sounds like the fix is in.<\/p>\n

Like the War on Drugs, the War on Poverty, and the War on Terror, we predict that the War on Carbon Emissions will prove successful \u2013 but only for the warriors.<\/p>\n

Near Certain<\/strong><\/p>\n
