The government agreed to make the payments when the treatment center was established.<\/p>\n<p style=\"vertical-align: baseline; font-size: 1.5em; line-height: 1.4em; padding: 0px; margin: 0px 0px 15px 0px;\">The clinic is run by Medicines Sans Frontiers (MSF), which pays the staff\u2019s basic salaries.
