September 2015 production is now below September 2014 production so the 12 month average has now turned negative.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/peakoilbarrel.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/ND-Bakken-BPW.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-10134\" src=\"http:\/\/peakoilbarrel.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/ND-Bakken-BPW.jpg\" alt=\"ND &amp; Bakken BPW\" width=\"811\" height=\"458\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Even though producing rigs in North Dakota declined in September, barrels per day per well declined also from 94 to 92.
